These 'Hands-On' workshops are designed to help you to really grips with your camera. It's an all day session for those who don't have the time for longer courses and the technical talk is kept to a minimum! Based on small groups of 8 max, we'll cover all the key tools you need to unleash your creativity and the camera's full potential - so you can say goodbye to the 'Auto' button forever!
Sessions are be broken up into bite-size chunks followed by practicals to apply the skill learnt, There's a coffee and a lunch break (not included) for informal group discussions. Over the course of the day you'll get plenty of time to shoot different subjects at a range of locations, with advice on tap, moving towards more free-form assignments towards the end of the day as your confidence builds.
We round up with a final session including an overview of image editing with some before/after examples and there is an info sheet with recommendations on framers, canvas suppliers and Photo Labs for your final prints.
As a follow up to the workshop there's an interactive online gallery where students can upload there shots and view fellow students work from the session, with tips and critique from Dave.

"Thanks for a fantastic course, I really enjoyed it and learnt so much, and because it was all practical I know I'm not going to forget it! It’s also really inspired me to get out and about and practice."
